Characters are various names that appear in SPECTER (previously known as Specter 2).
During the launch of Specter 2, there were 20 
Default tier characters that all players unlock when they first start the game. Each of the default characters have various skins that can be unlocked by either the daily wheel, daily store, season passes, or game transfers. Though on the launch of the 2.0 update and the rename of the game to SPECTER, 4 more characters were added to the pool.
Players can also obtain 
Exotic tier characters, whom can be obtained in various ways such as the following: gamepasses, prestige ranks, limited-time events, badges, & game transfers. These characters get one alternative outfit besides their default.
Additionally, there are characters that are only available in storyline that primarily do not have playable appearance in the game. However, some characters may appear in-game as skins available to one of the existing default tier characters.
